Expense Reduction Options
Recently, we have worked with a few clients to update their phone and Internet service plans and are finding that most of them are on older, more expensive rate plans. With our telecommunications background, we've successful engaged in conversations with their providers and secured cost reductions of 30% or more, or enabled additional services for the current expenditure.
Clarity suspects many companies are billed against older rate plans and encourages you to engage us a resource to secure lower rates or additional service options. We will then coordinate with you to make the appropriate changes to your services.
If so inclined, you can approach this task on your own. You'll need to understand your current rate plan, in context to new plans and features. The value Clarity adds in this process is that we regularly speak with the service providers and are able to make sense of the options - quickly.
New, Lower Fiber Access Rates
In the past, fiber access has not been available for smaller companies due to costs and limited service coverage. Companies, such as Time Warner, have aggressively built out their fiber plant and significantly reduced monthly fees. If your company is a heavy Internet user, fiber may be a viable option. We can explore this option on your behalf.
Actions Steps:
1. Gather your current phone and Internet access bills.
2. Contact Clarity Technology Solutions to start the analysis process, or contact the vendor(s) directly.
3. Compare rates from other providers.
